This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Nordic IPTV digital subscriptions. Because IPTV access is delivered electronically and usually activated quickly after payment, refund requests are reviewed under specific conditions and after technical support has had the opportunity to help.
1. General refund approach
Nordic IPTV subscriptions are digital services. Once access has been prepared or activated, refunds are limited and are assessed case by case. Each request is reviewed according to this policy, the order details and the technical situation reported by the customer.
2. Free trial before purchase
A free 24-hour trial may be available so you can test the service before choosing a paid subscription. We recommend using the trial to check your device, app, internet connection, channel access and streaming quality before placing an order.
3. Situations where a refund may be reviewed
A refund may be considered if the service cannot be used on compatible devices and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting. Refunds may also be reviewed in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect billing or another documented payment error.
4. Situations normally not eligible for refund
Refunds are normally not provided when the customer changes their mind after activation, does not test the free trial before ordering, has issues caused by their own internet connection, uses an unsupported device or app, enters incorrect setup details without contacting support, breaches the terms of service, misuses the subscription, or submits the request too late after purchase.
5. How to submit a refund request
To request a refund review, contact support by email or WhatsApp. Include the email used for the order, your order number if available, the device and app used, and a clear description of the problem. Our technical team must be allowed to investigate and attempt to fix the issue before any refund decision is made.
6. Review and processing time
Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3 to 7 business days after all required information has been received. If a refund is approved, it is generally sent back through the original payment method when possible.
7. Partial refunds
For longer subscriptions, a partial refund may be considered in exceptional situations. This depends on the case, the time used, the technical issue reported and the support process completed. Partial refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed.
